Super fruit smoothie

A great breakfast alternative.


This is a great quick breakfast option bursting with vitamin C and fibre.  A fantastic start to the day!

Method

1.

Place all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender and blend together until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tips

Using frozen fruit ensures the smoothie is ice cold

Ingredients

  • 10 seedless grapes, halved
  • 10 strawberries, halved
  • 1 tsp (heaped) frozen blueberry
  • 1 tsp (heaped) frozen (eg summer fruits, forest fruits) mixed berry
  • 2 oranges, freshly squeezed juice (or more if you prefer a thinner smoothie)
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
