Method

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve with pitta bread, vegetable batons or in sandwiches

This will keep in the fridge overnight, use golden syrup as an alternative to Honea

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 10g Honea or golden syrup
